order cancellation/change of address/refunds

if you wish to cancel an order contact me IMMEDIATELY at unhingedpeach@gmail.com, subject line “cancel order (order number)” eg, cancel order 003. if you do not contact me within 24 hours of placing your order it will not be cancelled and you will be charged. you will not be refunded.

please carefully enter the correct address information, if you do not please contact me immediatly at unhingedpeach@gmail.com subject line “wrong address (order number)” eg, wrong address 003. if you do not contact me within 24 hours of placing your order your address will not be changed, the order will not be cancelled and you will be charged and the order will be sent as usual. you will not be refunded.

as all shipping and DISTRIBUTION is handled by a third party (not myself) it still may be too late to cancel your order or change your address, even if you contact me within 24 hours and your order will be fulfilled and you will be charged and you will not be refunded. by purchasing you are agreeing to these terms. order cancelling is at my discretion it is not a certainty.

refunds

refunds are available for damaged orders, or orders that arrive with a significant delay. (this does not include normal postage delays or items held up in customs) if you wish to request a refund due to damage or delay please contact me at unhingedpeach@gmail.com, subject line “refund (order number). E.G. "refund 005”. refunds are at the discretion of the third party distributer theprintspace and are not GUARANTEED. you may be required to mail your items back to them if your refund is accepted (they will cover the cost).

refunds for any other reason are at my discretion, please email me at unhingedpeach@gmail.com if you require a refund for any other reason, a refund on an order that was not damaged or delayed is unlikely. please take time to carefully consider your purchase before ordering as all sales are likley to be final with no refund available.
